Introduction of CSE

Chiwan Sembawang Engineering Co. Ltd. (CSE) is a Sino-Singapore Joint Venture with investment of U.S. dollar 35,000,000.00. These partners have long established presence shaping the engineering and construction industry of China and the region.

There are three shareholders in CSE Join Venture. Investment & Holding Company of China National Offshore Oil Corporation ( CNOOC) owns 36% of the joint venture; Sembawang Marine Offshore Engineering Pte Ltd owns 32%; Shenzhen Chiwan Petroleum Supply Base Co. Ltd owns the remaining 32%.

Located at the eastern side of Chiwan Port, Shekou, Shenzhen Economic Development Zone, CSE yard has deep water access and good sea frontage capable of loading out of large offshore and onshore structures onto the transportation barge. 175,000 m2 yard area, four skid ways and four jetties can be used for large bridges, jackets, modules and topsides construction.

Combining the strength of its parent companies, CSE represents the merging of enormous amount of expertise and resources. Based on its substantial capacity and excellent track record in project management, construction engineering, quality control and HSE, CSE has been awarded ISO 9001 Quality System Certificate for its quality management system and OHSAS18001 Quality System Certificate for its occupational health and safety management system by DNV, ASME U Stamp ,NB Certificate & API 2B certificate, and National Class A Construction Enterprise.
